How It Works

Custom Furniture, Made Simple

Ordering custom furniture doesn’t need to be complicated.
Our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and stress-free,

From first conversation to delivery.

Every piece is made to order in our Sydney workshop, tailored to your space, style, and comfort.

1. Consultation

It starts with a conversation.

You can contact us via our website, phone, or book an in person visit to discuss:

  • Your space and measurements
  • The style you’re after
  • How the furniture will be used
  • Any inspiration or reference images

This helps us understand exactly what you’re looking for and whether a custom build or reupholstery is the best solution.

No obligation, just honest advice.

2. Design & Selection

Once we understand your needs, we’ll guide you through the design details.

You’ll be able to select:

  • Size and configuration
  • Fabric or leather options
  • Cushion comfort and support
  • Extra touches, piping, scatter cushions etc.

We’ll help you choose materials that suit your lifestyle, whether that’s family-friendly durability or a more refined finish.

3. Craftsmanship

Your furniture is then handcrafted in our St Marys workshop.

Each piece is:

  • Made to order
  • Built using quality materials
  • Crafted with attention to detail and durability

We don’t mass-produce, we focus on furniture that’s built properly and made to last.

4. Delivery

Once completed, your furniture is carefully prepared and delivered to your home.

We’ll coordinate delivery with you and ensure your new piece arrives safely, ready to enjoy.

Reupholstery & Repairs

If you already have a piece you love, we also offer reupholstery and furniture repairs.

The process is similar:

  1. Assessment of your existing furniture
  2. Fabric and finish selection
  3. Skilled reupholstery or repairs
  4. Delivery of a refreshed, like-new piece
